    "Crime is here now cars stolen windows in cars broken fence hopping drugs sold on property with cars coming into parking area hiding behind garages to hide selling and from police hiding car light shut off-piggy back behind cars going into indoor parking hiding in bushes in dark places to get into garage and storage areas hop fences to gain entrance into backyard pools and break items in the past 3 years it’s been worse "

    "In this neighborhood there are three great parks nearby within biking distance that are great for kids. The neighbors look out for each other and there is a lot of privacy and room for kids to play in the courtyards in the area. "

    "Living here for 20 years and it’s so quiet and convenient for everything. I love looking out and seeing the parkway and all the greenery. There are 3 parks nearby and a dog park up the road which we love visiting On the parkway trail everyone is always happy to say hi and we bike to downtown Tosa and beer garden in the summer. In the winter we go sledding at Curry Park and enjoy putting up tons of Christmas decorations. Neighbors are super friendly but keep to themselves and it’s a perfect balance of city living and serenity away from work stresses. "
