    "I have lived in Harlem for over 13 years. It is a wonderful community. I have never lived anywhere where I knew as many of my neighbors. There are lots of local events, lots of transportation and quite a few good places to eat. I would love a few more vegan options, but there is a lot to choose from. "

    "They would like having access to dog runs (Marcus Garvey Park and St. Nicholas Park). However most dog owners do not pick up after their dogs. Be careful walking in the neighborhood bc some people defecate in between parked cars."

    "The commute is slow due to traffic. Finding parking is impossible. the spots are tight, and you need bumper bullies. Otherwise, your bumpers will get scratched up. "
