Easy-to-drive-to destination with 2-car garage, and also just 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.

Located in the highly desired Islands Community in the safe and quiet Laguna Shores sub-division, this fully updated condo sits perfectly on a corner water lot which provides some of the best sunset views in the valley and the best view of the open lake. This rental also comes with your very own custom built 20 foot electric pontoon boat docked right in your backyard, as well as a 2-3 person kayak. The Islands community includes 80 acres of lakes. The lake is very well stocked with 8 different types of fish and they bite well. Also included is a sparkling Dimension One hot tub perfectly positioned to enjoy the water and sunset views. The Back Patio features a Gourmet Napoleon Infrared Grill/BBQ. Majority of the patio is covered for all day fun by the water. Also included is a STIGA ping pong table, paddles and balls.

Inside features a recently updated, clean and organized, fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar. Refrigerator includes ice machine and insta-hot water. Dishwasher included. Coffee bar includes Keurig, French Press & traditional coffee makers, as well as a blender for smoothies and blended drinks. Cozy up by the stone fireplace. WiFi and streaming TV are included, as well as a great collection of board games, books, DVDs, and toys & children's books. There is a desk upstairs for work or to write a postcard. Children's gear such as a pack n' play, high chair, Bumbo, etc are available upon request. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are located on the second floor. The large primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and large bathroom area with dual sinks. Fresh new linens are provided. You will have an attached 2-car garage for parking. Strong air conditioning & heater. Cabrio washer & dryer. The house has a water softener. The Second Bedroom has the best view in the house facing the lake!

You have access to the private community pool just a quick stroll down the street and open all year! Two luxury bead pool loungers and several pool noodles provided. You will have access to The Islands basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts by the water. We provide a basketball, volleyball and bocce ball set. You will also have 2 beach cruisers to ride around town or on well-maintained canal trails. The grocery store & cafes are walking distance. This property is located between the Historic Dowtown Gilbert Heritage District and Downtown Chandler. Enjoy their many different shops, restaurants and attractions. Top Golf, San Tan Village, Spring Training games, hiking trails, the possibilities are endless. Ride bikes to the Gilbert Farmers Market for some fresh local produce, waffles or ice cream. Golfland Sunsplash is just a quick 15 minute drive. Or just lounge on the boat at your private dock and slip into the hot tub! Walking and biking trails stretch miles around the neighborhood."
