"It’s a very safe neighborhood and quiet. People are friendly and I love seeing everyone’s dogs. I highly recommend living here. "

"We have lived here for almost six years. It’s very quiet and peaceful, which is nice, but neighbors tend to keep to themselves. There are a few younger families that are outdoors often. Lots of cars park on the streets, but streets are well lit and drivers generally drive the speed limit. The park is great, lakes are a nice spot to relax or fish. Walking and biking trails stretch miles around the neighborhood."

"The majority of dog owners here pick up after their dogs but there are a few who don’t. So annoying and so inconsiderate. "

"I live in another HOA in The Islands, having previously lived in Elliot Shores. I found that Elliot Shores was well managed, with one of the best pool / spa facilities in The Islands, in a great neighborhood."

"We were visiting friends in the Islands, and now we are thinking about moving. It's very clean, and they have a private park down the road. There is a lot for our grandchildren to do when they visit, and it's a safe area. Also the HOA is strict so people keep their homes up. It's a bit expensive compared to other areas, but it's worth the extra money."
