Coffee bar includes Keurig, French Press & traditional coffee makers, as well as a blender for smoothies and blended drinks. Cozy up by the stone fireplace. WiFi and streaming TV are included, as well as a great collection of board games, books, DVDs, and toys & children's books. There is a desk upstairs for work or to write a postcard. Children's gear such as a pack n' play, high chair, Bumbo, etc are available upon request. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are located on the second floor. The large primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and large bathroom area with dual sinks. Fresh new linens are provided. You will have an attached 2-car garage for parking. Strong air conditioning & heater. Cabrio washer & dryer. The house has a water softener. The Second Bedroom has the best view in the house facing the lake!

You have access to the private community pool just a quick stroll down the street and open all year! Two luxury bead pool loungers and several pool noodles provided. You will have access to The Islands basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts by the water. We provide a basketball, volleyball and bocce ball set. You will also have 2 beach cruisers to ride around town or on well-maintained canal trails. The grocery store & cafes are walking distance. This property is located between the Historic Dowtown Gilbert Heritage District and Downtown Chandler. Enjoy their many different shops, restaurants and attractions.
