It has a fully updated main bath with large storage closet. Appliances included: refridgerator, new stove, newer dishwasher, new SS sink with garbage disposal, lots of counter space with breakfast bar. Renter responsible for all utilities including trash service. Pets negotiable, no smoking/vaping, no subleases.We are accepting applications for a 1 year lease. Please note that 1st and last months rent due at signing along with deposits for remotes (garage door openers and ductless unit), and a security deposit in the amount of $3750. Renters insurance is required before move-in. Close to schools, bus line, and shopping.

1 Yr Lease, all utilities including garbage to be paid by tenant.

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "

    "I am retired and drive in when I need to. The commute to Springfield downtown is about 10minutes and the commute to Eugene is 15 to 20. Also about 20 minutes to drive up the river to camping, fishing, kayaking, etc."
