It has a double car garage with opener, fenced backyard with room for garden, (1) ductless heating/cooling unit,l newer paint in and out, ceiling fans in bedrooms and family room, large laundry room with washer/dryer included. It has a fully updated main bath with large storage closet. Appliances included: refridgerator, new stove, newer dishwasher, new SS sink with garbage disposal, lots of counter space with breakfast bar. Renter responsible for all utilities including trash service. No pets, no smoking/vaping, no subleases. Complete yard service is included with rent. We are accepting applications for a 1 year lease. Please note that 1st and last months rent due at signing along with deposits for remotes (garage door openers and ductless unit), and a security deposit in the amount of $3750. Renters insurance is required before move-in. Close to schools, bus line, and shopping.

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
