This is a year long lease, but we welcome long term residents and the lease defaults to month-to-month after the first year. Pets are permitted with a $300 fully refundable deposit. $50 application fee and credit check required (no minimum score). Please reach out for a tour! Property can viewed on the weekends and flexibility during the week.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "

Everyone watch watches for each other nobody uses profanity on the streets is just so great to live in downtown Phoenix restaurants are always gree with service there is no issues with any restaurants at all. Parts are very clean and we are so close to hiking trails and biking routes"
