This property has 3 rooms plus a multipurpose room (Laundry, powder room, storage space, its cooled and heated by a mini split), 1 bathroom in the common space with a tub, 1 bath in the main room with shower, and a half bath in the multipurpose room. The living room has a fireplace, kitchen is open to the dining room. There is an atrium that is between the multipurpose, garage, and house. Lots of light coming into the house. 15,000 sq ft lot with a pool, mature trees, shade structure and ~8x10 storage shed.

End of cul de sac.

Quick repair turn around.

Prefer longer then 1 year stay. Can do year per year but looking for someone looking to stay for at least 2 years or more.

Pool service is included. May be multi day per week attendance to keep pool clean during the summer and taper off during the colder months. Pool does have tenant task such as brushing and cleaning the skimmer basket. It is not mandatory as some busy or elderly may not be able to. Can play it case by case.
