    "I've lived here for a little over a year and I can honestly say I love it. I've lived all around tucson and this is by far the safest I've felt in a long time. theres set backs everywhere.. people try to ruin good things but all in all, I'd rather be here than any other part of town. "

    "Where this home is located there is no HOA. It is a very quiet neighborhood and lots of birds to see if you are a bird lover. It is a blend of People from those that have lived here 20 plus years to people that moved in a few years ago. Some young families and some blended families. I have absolutely no regrets about moving to this neighborhood and have encouraged coworkers and friends looking to buy homes to look in the area."

    "Nothing really it’s quiet but the rules are kind of annoying, we pay HOA for the lovely park but we can’t park on the street or we get fined. Even if you own your house. Which is ridiculous to me "
