A new bridge is in the planning stages to extend over Bear Creek; The Snyder Road Extension which will greatly improve the flow of traffic, connecting the area to Sabino Canyon. Sabino High School has a Zillow School rating of 9 and is less than a mile away. McDonald Park is less than a mile away and has a great playyard for kids,2 fenced dog areas and 6 fields. This is a great place to live."
