1500 plus square foot family-style home for rent in Emerald One near TJ's Grocery. Fresh neutral paint throughout. One bedroom has private access to deck outside with peep view of beach. One of the two upstairs bathrooms features a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo. The home also includes a huge laundry room, and a Pinterest-worthy pantry. Well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar. Upstairs attic offers plenty of room for storage. Downstairs features extra living/entertaining space with a half bath, a sleeping area, and a small kitchen. Wood fencing provides privacy when enjoying the outdoor shower, hot tub, and entertaining. Two enclosed garages and long, sweeping drive creates ample space for parking. More than ample storage areas upstairs and down. You really must see to appreciate!

This is a long term rental, not a weekender. $200 non-refundable administrative/move in-fee, $400 utility fee, $1500 damages deposit, plus first and last month's rent for a total of $6040 is due UPON SIGNING of the lease. Lease is for six months with the option to roll over to month-by-month at the end of the term. Renter pays landlord monthly for electricity/water/sewage. All other utilities such as wifi, cable, satellite, garbage pick up are not included with rent. No smoking in buildings. Small dog or cat allowed and requires an extra, non-refundable $500 pet fee. Renter provides his/her own refrigerator, washer, dryer. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and have a credit score of at least 650 or better.
