Upstairs attic offers plenty of room for storage. Downstairs features extra living/entertaining space with a half bath, a sleeping area, and a small kitchen. Wood fencing provides privacy when enjoying the outdoor shower, hot tub, and entertaining. Two enclosed garages and long, sweeping drive creates ample space for parking. More than ample storage areas upstairs and down. You really must see to appreciate!

All other utilities such as wifi, cable, satellite, garbage pick up are not included with rent. No smoking in buildings. Small dog or cat allowed and requires an extra, non-refundable $500 pet fee.
