The location is spectacular, especially if you love that neighborhood feel. It is located right next to an elementary school and a park. You can enjoy walks to downtown or head to the beach, just a few miles away.

This is a single family home, located next door to the owners home.
The fenced in backyard is shared and so is the in-ground pool.

About the Home Itself-
This home has a one car garage. (Note- the garage door on the left is not actually a garage).
As you enter the unit, straight ahead, you walk into an open finished basement with a bath and slider doors to the backyard.
To the left of the entry door are the stairs to the second floor.

On the second floor, you walk into the open kitchen/living room area.
Straight ahead, you will find the bathroom and two bedrooms (moderately sized rooms).
In the bathroom, you will find the BRAND NEW stackable WASHER and DRYER, that has been provided for you.

The rent is $2,250 and this includes the water (cold), sewer and ELECTRICITY!
Tenants pay their own heat (oil) and other personal utilities.
Tenants are responsible for their own snow removal. Owner will take care of the lawn and landscaping.

Have a small pet? This may be negotiable with any additional, non-refundable pet deposit. If you have a small doggy, we will need to meet the doggy.

We are looking for non-smoking, quiet, clean, responsible tenants who can appreciate all this property has to offer!
