In the bathroom, you will find the BRAND NEW stackable WASHER and DRYER, that has been provided for you.

The rent is $2,250 and this includes the water (cold), sewer and ELECTRICITY!
Tenants pay their own heat (oil) and other personal utilities.
Tenants are responsible for their own snow removal. Owner will take care of the lawn and landscaping.

Have a small pet? This may be negotiable with any additional, non-refundable pet deposit. If you have a small doggy, we will need to meet the doggy.

We are looking for non-smoking, quiet, clean, responsible tenants who can appreciate all this property has to offer!
