Pets possible, but positively no Pitbulls or Rottweilers. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please do not call or text after 9pm or before 9am. (Apologies for the boxes in pictures. Long term tenant is moving out at end of the month.)

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."

    "I’ve lived here for a year my neighbors are great for the most part and the streets are quite . My landlord is my neighbor no issues . Down fall is there is a public park on a dead end street. Questionable people always show up late at night but the police patrol the area great. "
