It's an amazing neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, parks, coffee shops, and stores. Steps away from Barrack's Row with a Trader Joe's around the corner. On the weekends there is a farmers market, flea market and many vendors selling arts and crafts, jewelry, flowers, etc.

Washer/dryer in unit, AC/heat.

The apartment is available starting October 1. Looking for a responsible, clean tenant. No smoking. Security Deposit is 1 month's rent. Flexible lease term but we require a minimum of 6 months. Water is included in the rent. Electricity is not included.

Plenty of street parking on the block.
