Great English basement apartment in Capitol Hill just a half block away from the Eastern Market and around the corner from the metro station. It's an amazing neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, parks, coffee shops, and stores. Steps away from Barrack's Row with a Trader Joe's around the corner. On the weekends there is a farmers market, flea market and many vendors selling arts and crafts, jewelry, flowers, etc.

Washer/dryer in unit, AC/heat.

The apartment is available starting October 1. Looking for a responsible, clean tenant. No smoking. Security Deposit is 1 month's rent. Flexible lease term but we require a minimum of 6 months. Water is included in the rent. Electricity is not included.

Plenty of street parking on the block.
