The first level is the kitchen, dining area, living room, double sided fire place, half bath, and porch with room for table, chairs and grill. The second level has two bedrooms, washer/dryer, balcony and a full bath. Central heating and AC. It's an amazing neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a Trader Joe's around the corner!

On the weekends there is a farmers market, flea market and many vendors selling arts and crafts, jewelry, flowers, etc.

Looking for a responsible, clean tenant. Non smokers. Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. 1-year lease required. Available beginning April 15. Security deposit is one month's rent. Electricity not included.
