The Building
A historic 1906 brick building with four units. Shared amenities in the basement include two high-end washers and dryers that are free for tenants, plus an individual storage unit (~45 sq ft) for each apartment. Water is included in the monthly rent, and all units have modern electrical panels. On-street parking is available on the block through DC's Zone 6 residential permit program.
Please note: no cats or dogs.

The Neighborhood
You simply can't beat this location. Eastern Market offers a true neighborhood feel with all the city's amenities at your fingertips. You're within walking distance of acclaimed restaurants including Rose's Luxury, Pineapple & Pearls, Ted's Bulletin, and Matchbox, as well as the Library of Congress. Nationals Park is about a 15-minute walk for baseball season.
Within one block you'll find a CVS, the post office, a community library, and the Eastern Market Metro stop (Blue, Orange, and Silver lines). Within three blocks are multiple parks, a fitness club, a community swimming pool, and the Eastern Market farmers market (open daily except Monday). Tree-lined streets and a quaint, walkable setting round it out.
