It is just three miles from Elmendorf Air Force Base ideal for military personal looking for off base housing. The apartment is available for rent immediately.
 Rent is $1700 a month with a $1700 Required deposit. Rent includes all utilities, including heat, water, garbage, and snow removal, with the exception of electricity which tenant pays. Electric bills average $60-$100 per month depending on tenant usage.

Other than that, I love this area so much. It’s close to APU and UAA and my work ANMC. People are friendly. The crime is low here."

Yet grocery stores, gas stations, schools and restaurants are within 5-8 miles. There are 2 major hospitals within walking distance for great jobs. City bus service in any direction is one block away."
