It is just three miles from Elmendorf Air Force Base ideal for military personal looking for off base housing. The apartment is available for rent immediately.
 Rent is $1700 a month with a $1700 Required deposit. Rent includes all utilities, including heat, water, garbage, and snow removal, with the exception of electricity which tenant pays. Electric bills average $60-$100 per month depending on tenant usage.

Yet grocery stores, gas stations, schools and restaurants are within 5-8 miles. There are 2 major hospitals within walking distance for great jobs.
