The property is right at the bus line that will take you to the T. Close to route 1, 5-minute drive to Square One mall, 15-20 minutes to Downtown Boston, 15 minutes to Nahant Beach or Revere Beach. For those who desire serenity and tranquility.

o Smoking: Not Allowed inside the unit
o Parking: One parking space per tenant
o Quiet hours: 11:00PM to 6:00AM
o No shoes inside the house, house slippers are provided
o No dirty dishes in shared area
o Weekly alternating cleaning of bathroom with second roommate
o A cleaning fee of $100 a month will be re-enforced if you are unable to keep bathroom, living area and kitchen clean
o It is your responsibility to utilize safety features for your room as provided.

I have raised my four children here 2 that are now in high school who have gone through middle school and grade school in this town. And two that are now about to start school. we go to so many Town activities and my kids look forward to every event. they have amazing things for all ages and make every family feel like if they belong here. I feel extremely safe and happy in this community."
