This is a detached fully remodeled and upgraded spacious 1B/1B unit. House shown furnished for viewing purposes but is UNFURNISHED. The farmhouse-modernized unit has all NEW: front and back doors, patio railing, mailbox, exterior window trim, kitchen cabinets, kitchen countertop/sink/faucet, light fixtures, bedroom fan, window blinds, toilet, shower walls, shower door, bathroom vanity/sink/faucet, and baseboards. In-unit side by side washer/dryer hookup, wall heater, and fan convector/swamp cooler included inside unit. It also features refurbished cabinets in a separate laundry area. New large refrigerator/freezer and new gas range/oven. New LVP floors throughout the house.

$25 Non-refundable Application Fee per adult and $35 Background Check Fee per adult will need to be collected with Application. 1 Year Lease Required. $1975/mo + $2500 security deposit.
Landlord pays: Water/Sewer, Trash Service + Private Trash Receptacle, and Landscaping.
Tenant pays: Electricity and Propane Gas. Internet, Cable and Phone if desired.

Exemption to the Tenant Protection Act of 2019
This Property is not subject to the rent limits imposed by Section 1947.12 of the Civil Code and is not subject to the just cause requirements of Section 1946.2 of the Civil Code. This Property meets the requirements of Sections 1947.12 (d)(5) and 1946.2 (e)(8) of the Civil Code and the owner is not any of the following: (1) a real estate investment trust, as defined by Section 856 of the Internal Revenue Code; (2) a corporation; or (3) a limited liability company in which at least one member is a corporation.

1-year lease required. Maximum 2 adults + 1 child. NO pets/animals/reptiles/birds. NO smoking inside the house.

Winters are mild with very little snow. Snow is within 15 minutes if you enjoy winter skiing snowshoeing ect. I would highly recommend this neighborhood and area. I have lived here for over 20 years."
