It also features refurbished cabinets in kitchen, laundry area, closet and a newer large refrigerator/freezer and new gas range/oven. Polished wood floors throughout the house with tile in kitchen and bathroom. Each unit has 2 assigned parking spots in front of the unit, assigned on-site storage and assigned garbage receptacle.

$25 Non-refundable Application Fee per adult and $35 Background Check Fee per adult will need to be collected with Application. Deposit due immediately upon approval of application, background check, and documents submission. In addition to the 1 Year Lease, tenant(s) must agree to follow the community's Rules & Regulations and park in assigned parking spots.

1 Year Lease Required. $1800/mo + $2500 security deposit.
Landlord pays: Water/Sewer, Trash Service + Private Trash Receptacle, and Landscaping.
Tenant pays: Electricity and Propane Gas. Internet, Cable and Phone if desired.

2 off-street parking spots included and Tenants must park in assigned spots.
1 storage in corner of community is provided.
Tenants must also agree and follow the Sierra Dwellings Rules & Regulations.

Round Valley School District is amazing and has won awards for top CA schools. The weather is wonderful, this area have 360 days a year of sunshine. Summer warmth and cool evening. Winters are mild with very little snow. Snow is within 15 minutes if you enjoy winter skiing snowshoeing ect. I would highly recommend this neighborhood and area.
