The community consists of 9 separate detached dwellings that have their own character and privacy and is walking distance to downtown coffee shops, restaurants, bars, hair & nail salons, gym, and more. Sierra Dwellings is a 5-minute drive to the local Hospital, a 4-minute drive to the Bishop Airport, and 45 minutes to Mammoth Lakes. There is not an office on site. A little bit about the Condo-

At the tail end of 2022, this detached 1 bedroom/1 bathroom home was upgraded to a modern farmhouse-style condo. Facing the units from the street, the condos are arranged in a horseshoe shape with Unit 9 as a corner unit in the front right. Each condo in the community is provided with 2 assigned off-street parking spots in front of their home and a spacious assigned storage unit in the corner of the property. As far as the interior, it consists of refurbished kitchen cabinets with new hardware, new kitchen countertop, new kitchen sink with a new kitchen faucet, newer large refrigerator with freezer, newer gas range, newer water heater, new bathroom vanity/sink/faucet/mirror, new bathroom light fixtures, new toilet, new shower walls with new glass shower door, polished wood flooring and tile throughout the unit, all new baseboards, new blinds, new light fixtures in kitchen and dining, new bedroom fan, refurbished built in cabinets for extra storage in the laundry/hallway, and new paint corner to corner- ceiling to floor. It also has new front and back doors, new door trim and new trim on windows, new front patio railings, new outdoor light fixture and a new mailbox. The Rinnai wall heater is new and a newer swamp cooler is also included. Washer dryer hookup that can accommodate stackable or side by side electric appliances.

The Landlord pays water/sewer, private trash pickup service with the unit's assigned trash receptacle, and landscaping. Tenant pays electricity, propane gas, and internet/cable/phone service(s), if desired.

A 1-year Lease is required. No pets or smoking allowed. The monthly rent for the condo is $1650/mo and the Security Deposit is $2475.

Sierra Dwellings offers applications to everyone who requests one. Each occupant over the age of 18 must complete an application and pay the non-refundable $25.00 application fee via Zelle. If your application is approved, a non-refundable Tenant Background Check Fee of $35 per adult will need to be collected, also payable via Zelle. After the approval of both the Application(s) and Tenant Background Check(s), the Security Deposit will need to be collected to secure the unit as yours. The Lease Agreement and Sierra Dwellings Rules & Regulations will also need to be agreed/signed to prior to occupancy. The 1st month's rent will be due upon move in.

Round Valley School District is amazing and has won awards for top CA schools. The weather is wonderful, this area have 360 days a year of sunshine. Summer warmth and cool evening. Winters are mild with very little snow. Snow is within 15 minutes if you enjoy winter skiing snowshoeing ect. I would highly recommend this neighborhood and area.
