Application process: All Leases are 1 year minimum term. Deposit holds the unit and is required to be made at time of application. Deposit is fully refundable if application is denied. After Lease signing, Deposit is refundable in full or partial depending on state of the unit after tenant has vacated.
- Pet Deposits are due to be paid with the 2nd months' rent.
- $25 per adult, non-refundable application fee.
- Application fee(s), deposit, and first month's rent must be made using cash, cashier's check, or money order. (receipt will be given for cash)
- Mudd Family properties runs credit, criminal background, income verification and rental history checks on all applicants.
- All units are non-smoking!
