Read what parents are saying about Jenks East Intermediate Elementary SchoolMy 5th grade son didn't have a great experience at this school due to some bullying. However, as soon as we discussed the situation with the teacher and principal, things were addressed very quickly. Even without the bullying though, it was not a great fit for us. We found there to be a lot of elitism and entitlement among the students and families.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageToo many kids shoved onto a tiny campus. This is the second largest school elementary in OK but you would never know it from the tiny space it occupies. Drop off and pick up are a nightmare. Their classrooms revolve around a television (which they give some other name like “hub” to make it sound like they aren’t just sticking your kid in front a television- which is exactly what they are doing!)My kids spirit was dying at this school. I pulled my child out even though it meant a huge financial strain on my family. Jenks needs another school in this area!Parent Review5mo ago - Southeast Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son had a wonderful experience at Jenks Southeast in the Mandarin Immersion program! Great kids and teachers, and the principal is very involved. I often see her greeting kids by name in the hallway every morning. We ended up moving out of the school boundaries, and I regret it! Really miss this school.Parent Review6y ago - Victory Christian School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSo much potential but sadly the school does not ask the right questions and is not improving. We have found it very cliquish, an environment that looks a lot at the appearances/externals. Sadly there is no parent group at all, very disappointed with the experience in 4th-5th grades. The principal does not go into my child's 5th grade class ever. Teachers and the elementary principal do not return emails and are unapproachable. No recess in the 5th grade?? Elementary PE program has very little games or sports building.Parent Review4y ago - Holland Hall
