The house is available for either a short term lease between March and the end of July , a 12 month lease beginning August 1st or a combination of those periods. The Owner will pay for water bill, and tenant(s) are responsible for monthly utilities including electric, gas and internet. Pets are welcome with permission and signed pet lease agreement.

The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
