This is the back house on the property so we barely hear traffic or sirens. (Trash trucks Wednesday mornings are loud, but gone in minutes.) Yes, we share a bathroom, but consider the location, safe, quiet neighborhood and amenities in this home - including PARKING, GYM & LAUNDRY. (1) Your own dedicated, well lit, driveway parking space 5 steps from the front porch. Safe & convenient on rainy days and late nights. Your vehicle is guarded by bright motion floodlight and security cameras. (2) Move-In Ready, light filled, quiet, bedroom featuring two large sliding windows, king size bed, desk, nightstand, window A/C, ceiling fan, dresser, 43" LG television, wireless router with Ethernet port, extra long sliding closet with vertical shoe rack, blackout curtains. (3) Shared bathroom featuring Bidet and Walk-In Shower with Hose. (4) 75" LG TV w/Surround Sound in Living Room. (5) Farmhouse wood dining table seats six. (6) High end turntable/Speakers entertain your guests. (7) Kitchen Island for easy meal prep. with two extra large spice racks on wall and Smart Speaker. (8) Dedicated shelves just for you in Pantry, Closet, Refrigerator/Freezer and Dish Cabinet. (9) Backyard Oasis features gorgeous flowers, herb garden, wood table, market umbrella, string lighting, chiminea fireplace, charcoal grill, gas grill w/griddle, Orange tree, strong wireless signal. (10) Garage features full gym, XL size LG washer/dryer, and storage for bike, SUP, surfboard, suitcases. (11) Green, quiet, safe, Bluff Heights location is 5 minutes walk or bike ride from Beach, Ralph's Grocery, bars/restaurants. 10 min. bike ride from Bixby Park Yoga on the Bluff. 10 minutes by car to Cal State U. Long Beach (or 10 min. walk & 30 minutes by city bus) (12) If you happen to golf, front yard nook features a driving range tee & net. (13) Sorry, no Pets. My 18 lb. Min-Pin dog is super friendly and alerts us when visitors approach.

12 month lease. Credit Check & Criminal/Background Check are required. First month's rent plus one month's rent as Security Deposit payable via Zelle up front. Each new month's Rent is due via Zelle by midnight on the last day of current month. Late rent incurs a $100 fee. Rent more than 3 days late triggers exit. No smoking. One driveway parking spot is included - albeit only a Sedan, SUV or Van. (Space not suitable for a pickup truck or commercial grade vehicle.) Split gas, electric and internet 50/50 - unless your use of gas and electric increases the monthly bill by greater than 10% above what I paid as a single tenant. (I will share actual bills if that issue arises.) Water and garbage service are included in rent. Quiet time is 10 p.m. daily.
