Our experience at Mann Elementary was unfortunately not a positive one. While there are some wonderful teachers and staff who genuinely cared about my daughter, those positive experiences were ultimately overshadowed by larger problems with the administration and school environment. My biggest concer

None of the staff including the principal believed him and even sided with the parents. They refused to change his class and he had to remain in the same class while be
Posted by a parent on 2/5/2026Mann is a decent school in a pretty good neighborhood. There is a small and dedicated PTA who are very involved and trying to improve the overall school experience for future students and the currently enrolled but the PTA can only do so much. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a wonderful school that focuses on holistic learning of the whole child, treats each child as an individual, and helps them become critical thinkers, teaching them how to learn instead of just how to memorize facts. They learn a myriad of skills that develop them as human beings, and learn things that are unique for brain development like writing in cursive and learning how to knit and crochet. Academically they surpass their peers in public education by about the 5th grade, while the younger grades focus on a more holistic approach that teachers them how things work and how to care for one another. I cannot recommend this school enough,Parent Review1y ago - Huntington Academy
