Walking distance to Sunapee Harbor (or 2 min drive) as well as to several restaurant's. Seven minute drive to Mt. Sunapee Resort and beach. 25+min to Dartmouth Hospital and Lebanon and Hanover areas. Private town beach pass for Dewey beach as a resident. This cottage includes furnishings, oil heat, septic, water, grounds maintenance, snow plowing, trash/recycling. Credit and background checks required. Renters insurance, security deposit, 1st months rent due at lease signing. Pets are considered, with a non refundable prepaid deep professional cleaning fee and a added monthly pet fee. Sorry no smoking in the house anywhere. Lease length term is negotiable, rate advetised is for long term.

    "This is a small town with its own schools. Outdoor recreation such as skiing and biking is available. Sports are a big part of children’s activities here. There are lakes, town beaches, and activities in the summer months."

    "Nice if youre 55 plus with money. No young parents, people or couples. Not much to do here either unless you can afford to ski. On the plus side, great for rockhounding and fishing. Thats about it though. Otherwise just a bunch of oblivious entitled folks. "

    "Easy commute, no traffic lights. Great coffee stops in any direction you need to go. Nice people. Close to New London, Lebanon & Concord isn’t a bad commute either. I-89 makes like quick and easy. "
