Credit and background checks required. Renters insurance, security deposit, 1st months rent due at lease signing. Pets are considered, with a non refundable prepaid deep professional cleaning fee and a added monthly pet fee. Sorry no smoking in the house anywhere. Lease length term is negotiable, rate advetised is for long term.

    "Nice if youre 55 plus with money. No young parents, people or couples. Not much to do here either unless you can afford to ski. On the plus side, great for rockhounding and fishing. Thats about it though. Otherwise just a bunch of oblivious entitled folks. "
