    "When I moved to the top area of Manchester street a little over a year ago, this area had a lot of ladies of the night that frequented the areas at night & early mornings, had a bad tenant in the unit next to me that brought a ton of rift raft, drug users & thieves but since putting up cameras, signs & being proactive, & of course getting rid of the bad apple, this area has made a HUGE improvement! My building is well maintained. I feel safe & I am actually stayed another year. I’m now on my second year living in this area & I think it’s a great stepping stone to get you into a better area afterwards! Or stay if you’re a homeowner! 🙂"

    "The side walks are meticulously landscaped in dog faces, and you tell yourself the sound of gun shots is just the sound of a firework that only pops two or three times at random intervals. Oh! And the view of the garbage lined alleys is to die for! "
