    "I just love how quiet and safe it is and we have the nicest neighbors too. I have lived here for 5 years and I am really not thinking about leaving for another 10 years."

    "3-4 blocks to downtown,library, NH Institute of Art etc.very close to elm. This area use to have a bad reputation in a past, but its much better now, its not a fancy family area but good neighborhood close to downtown.I live in the area and consider pretty save."
