The kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the house retains the charm and beauty of the era in which it was constructed (1904). The exposed brick, pillars, and timeless fireplace capture the essence of Denver's most classic neighborhood.

Being made of solid brick, the house is incredibly insulating. Furthermore, it has new double-pane storm windows and a large attic fan. This means that even in the heat of summer, the inside stays nice and cool and the utility bills are low.
