The 16'x20' living room, 12'x14' kitchen/dining combo area, and back yard backs up to an open space with walking trails and a small pond. The yard has a 10'x12' trek deck for entertaining with a combo of grass, river rock, and a raised garden bed.

This townhouse has an oversized one-car garage, an A/C & water heater, and a crawl space for storage. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs; The 12'x15' master bedroom backs up to the open space and has a private closet, ceiling fan, and private bathroom, and the 9'x10' 2nd bedroom has a closet, ceiling fan, and a 2nd bathroom next to it.

The home has immediate access to trails, is a one mile walk to the Thornton Recreation Center, and is close to several grocery stores, restaurants, the Northglenn Recreation Center, and shopping areas. It's located in the well-maintained Fox Run neighborhood. The North Metro Rail to/from Denver and surrounding areas is also walking distance.

-Garage has room for two storage racks, but the garage must be used for a car due to HOA rules and limited street parking.

-Animals must be supervised in the backyard due to it backing up to an open space.

PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH HOME/BOTHER CURRENT TENANTS.

The HOA will be paid by the landlord. No smoking on property. Three pet max. Tenant is responsible for lawn care. Landlord will provide landscaping in the fall and spring, including sprinkler maintenance, aerating, seeding, fertilizing, etc. Landlord will supply air filters quarterly, water filter for the refrigerator, light bulbs, and an annual carpet cleaning as needed/requested.

Good community for children! plenty of schools around. upcoming Rtd lightrail! thats kind of cool! Close to denver, boulder and not too far from fort collins! its all and all a good area to be in "
