The home has immediate access to trails, is a one mile walk to the Thornton Recreation Center, and is close to several grocery stores, restaurants, the Northglenn Recreation Center, and shopping areas. It's located in the well-maintained Fox Run neighborhood. The North Metro Rail to/from Denver and surrounding areas is also walking distance.

-Garage has room for two storage racks, but the garage must be used for a car due to HOA rules and limited street parking.

-Animals must be supervised in the backyard due to it backing up to an open space.

PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH HOME/BOTHER CURRENT TENANTS.

The HOA will be paid by the landlord. No smoking on property. Three pet max. Tenant is responsible for lawn care.
