This new contemporary house located in the desirable Holly neighborhood, 2 blocks from James Beard-nominated restaurant Launderette, Michelin star bbq La Barbecue, or fabulous Bufalina, provides a quiet retreat with quick access to the best of ATX.

This is a brand new 2 bed/2 bath modern home that was designed from the ground up with your extended stay in mind. This home is filled with modern luxury, including a 65" TV w/Sonos sound system & Roku, 1 GB WiFi, built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator, brand new Kitchen-Aid appliances, remote-controlled solar shade blinds, and designer furniture throughout.

As you walk through the front door, you'll find an airy living room complete with vaulted-ceilings & an open concept kitchen that is luxuriously appointed with everything you need to cook a nice meal at home. Head out back to the private yard & outdoor dining space, or make your way through the kitchen to find a full bathroom & the first of the guest rooms.

The downstairs bedroom includes a queen-size memory foam mattress, luxury cotton linens, & a large closet for you to store your belongings.

Finally, head upstairs and you'll find a large master suite. The upstairs suite features a king-size Casper mattress, luxury cotton linens, and a large desk/workspace (including an/external monitor). As you step through the room you'll find a HUGE closet (complete with washer & dryer) as well as a gorgeous ensuite bathroom complete with a dual-vanity & large walk-in shower.

The owner will pay for all utilities and provide a bi-weekly cleaning service. We are looking for 12 month lease for a fully furnished house, but would be open to a short to mid-term lease. If you are interested in a longer stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
