Non smoking/ no pets/ to be rented to with a professional male. Although this is will be rented to one person, guests are welcome for a limited time. Each situation should be discussed with the owner.

Rent includes all utilities, internet and a/c in bedroom. Unit is all furnished with kitchenware and flatware. Home is located in central Hamden close to shopping, post office, steps to bus, bus, two blocks from rt. 15, QU, SCSU, Albertus, and Yale. All are approximately 7 - 10 mins. drive

First month's rent and one month security required to move in.
