As a student this school is great there’s no bullying or bad activity there may be some drama but overall the school is great my classmates are great and the teachers are nice the principal is very strict on students behaviors which is good because there’s barely any bad things there may be fights h
Posted by a community member on 6/10/2023My very young twin boys (they are born at the end of December) enrolled this year to K. I was afraid they will have problems to adapt to school. But they love school, they love their wonderful teachers and we see great improvements in their writing and reading. As long as my kids are happy at school

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTerrible school and district! Hamden condones bullying. My child has come home with marks and bumps on his head in Kindergarten. Nothing was done and my transfer request to another school was denied by the Superintendent without any conversation. When I tried to follow up after my child had a knot on his forehead he blocked my email address. When i contacted the board of education, they said the decision is made by the Superintendent. The only thing this school cares about is money don’t waste your money on this school. The children there are so disrespectful and you have to pay for EVERYTHING.
