Good to Know
- Owner-occupied home the owners live on-site
- Common areas are monitored by security cameras for household safety (no cameras in any bedroom or bathroom)
- The main kitchen refrigerator is reserved for the owners; each room has its own mini-fridge
- No personal cooking appliances in the bedroom (kitchen use only)
- Tenants provide their own pots, pans, utensils, toiletries, toilet paper, and laundry detergent
- Best experienced as a quiet, tidy, respectful shared household

- Lease length: 3-month minimum fixed term, then month-to-month by mutual written agreement
- Rent: $850/month, due on the 1st
- Late fee: $50 if rent not received by the 5th

- Guests: Daytime visitors welcome until 10:00 PM; overnight guests by prior written approval only
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM daily
