850SF (approx). It is located on the first floor of a twelve apartment building. Apartment interior is painted; new door locks; laminate wood flooring in the living cum dining rooms, bedroom and tile floor kitchen; living cum dining room with French Door opening to balcony facing towards Appleton Street; wall mounted electric fan heater in the living room; bedroom with large windows; blinds in bedroom windows and French Door to the balcony; bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and door size mirrors; internet outlets; full bathroom with hot air ceiling fan; shower with sliding doors and new shower head; medicine cabinet; large size kitchen with electric four burner stove/oven; refrigerator; garbage disposal; multiple wall cabinets; electric water heater installed. Refrigerator is in good working condition. It will not be replaced by another refrigerator if it becomes non use-able during the lease term. The central heating is electric wires concealed inside the ceiling with thermostat controls. It is highly expensive to utilize it. We suggest to use your portable electric heater(s) to reduce electricity usage bill. Shower tub re-glazed. There is no car garage. Only roadside parking is available. There is no driveway parking space. There is a coin laundry inside the building.
Gated entrance from both sides of the building. Maximum occupancy for two adults. One small size pet weighing up to 40 lbs. or less with pet vaccination papers at the time of move-in will be allowed. No more than one pet. Per deposit is $500.00
Please no co-signers. We do not financial assistance for a tenant move-in offered by any type of non profit institution. One year minimum Lease. Monthly rent is $1,700.00 with $ 1,700.00 as security deposit. Renters Insurance of minimum $30,000.00 coverage is required on or before the move-in date. It is be ready to move during this month. Water usage; gardener services; common area cleaning and trash pick-up are included in the monthly rent.
We need a move-in during this month. We do not want to keep it vacant till end of the month. We prefer application submitted through
OPEN HOUSE: On request. Please do not disturb the tenants.

One year lease and renewable with revised terms. Monthly rent includes water use age, trash pick up, gardening, building common area cleaning/maintenance. Renter's Insurance of minimum coverage $30,000.00 is required on move-in date.
