This apartment garage with remote control gate is towards Broadway Street. Coin laundry room with two washers & dryers inside the building; separate mail boxes inside the building. It is close to Ocean Blvd; Transit train stops; shopping malls & nice eating places. Security deposit is $1,400.00. Small size one pet of up to 25 pounds will be allowed with additional pet deposit of $500.00. One year minimum lease. It is non SEC 8 residency. Maximum occupancy of three residents.
