Large size bedroom with walk-in closet; full bathroom with hot air ceiling fan; shower with sliding doors; medicine cabinet; shower tub, bathroom and kitchen sinks are re glazed; large size kitchen with electric four burner stove/oven; garbage disposal; multiple wall cabinets; electric water heater; two door refrigerator in good running condition. It will not be replaced with a new one if it is found to be not repairable during lease term. There is a coin laundry in the building for the residents only. There are gated entrance at both sides of the building. There is one car garage on Broadway Street side. There are multiple car parking spaces on the roads. Maximum residency of two persons only. We will not accept financial assistance from a non-profit institution or a cosigner at the time of move-in or during the lease term. Subletting will not be permitted.
One year Lease term. Renewable on month to month terms with revised terms. Monthly rent is $1,850.00 with $ 1,850.00 as security deposit. One pet dog or one cat up to maximum weight of 35 pounds is allowed. If you have a Service Animal, the letter of recommendation from your physician is required with the application. Pet vaccination papers have to be submitted with the application. The pet animal deposit amount is $500.00. One pet will be allowed. Move in date will be in first week of October'24. There is continuous concealed electric heating wires inside the ceilings of the apartment with wall thermostat controls. However, it is suggested to use moveable electric heater(s) whenever it is needed to cut high electricity costs. We require Renters Insurance coverage of minimum $30,000.00 before the move in date.
Apartment final cleaning will be done before a confirmed move-in date. Water usage; gardener services; common area leaning and trash pick-up are included in the monthly rent.
