Street parking only. Maximum occupancy for two. It is not for Sec 8 residency. One year minimum Lease. Monthly rent is $1,400 with $ 1,400.00 as security deposit. If you have one small size pet dog or cat up to maximum 40 pounds weight or, you have Service Animal with letter of recommendation from your physician and pet vaccination papers, monthly rent with one pet or service animal is $1,445.00 with $1,400.00 as security deposit and $250.00 pet deposit.
