walk in closets with door size mirrors in both bedrooms, full bathroom with shower tub, hot air ceiling fan, medicine cabinet, all appliances (stove/oven, microwave, water heater, refrigerator) installed, multiple wall cabinets inside the kitchen, dining room (breakfast nook) area is next to the kitchen, wall size window (without a balcony) in the living room with sliding glass doors and blinds, each bedroom has a large window with sliding glass doors and blinds, electric outlets in all the walls, new door locks, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed. Smoking is absolutely not permitted inside the apartment and car garage. Smoking must be done outside the building premises in the common areas only. One pet dog or cat is allowed of not be more than 30 pounds weight. Pet vaccination papers are required with the application papers. Pet deposit of $500.00 is required. One car garage with remote control door on Broadway Street side. There is no driveway parking allowed. Maximum occupancy of four is allowed. Sub-letting is not allowed. Final cleaning will be done before the move-in date.

Please submit application through zillow on line for qualification. We will show the apartment to a applicant whose application has been approved by zillow. Do not send emails or make phone calls to make a appointment for viewing. One year lease. Water usage, trash disposal, gardener and common areas cleaning services included in the rent. Internet outlets are available in the apartment. The refrigerator is in good working condition. It will be repaired if required. If it is not repairable at anytime during the lease, the owner will not replace it with a working refrigerator. The central heating is electric wires concealed inside the ceiling with thermostat controls. It is highly expensive to utilize it. We suggest to use your portable electric heater(s) to reduce electricity usage bill.
