**Lease Terms**

The **owner will cover all standard utilities

At lease signing, the tenant will be responsible for **the first month's rent plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent**.

**No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. No dogs or other pets are permitted.**

The property is to be used for residential purposes only and maintained in good condition throughout the tenancy. Additional lease terms, property rules, and occupancy requirements will be outlined in the rental agreement.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
