There is a dock included with the property. It has a large deck in front. Inside there is a living area, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and back porch.
It's like being up North without the driving. There is no road access to the island. It is only accessible by boat.

    "My commute from the Navarre part of Orono ends up being a curvy drive along the lake to head into the cities. Generally there are no slow-downs, however, if there is a crash on 15 it can be quite a headache."

    "The Navarre community in Orono has an interesting and long history with Lake Minnetonka. Navarre is actually an island due to the channels so you need to cross a bridge to get to it. It has shopping and restaurants close by that we love."
