Close to schools, churches, hospitals, colleges. Will consider dog with a $300.00 additional non-refundable fee required. 1 Year Lease required.
Washer and Dryer in the unit may be used by tenant(s). However, landlord will no longer service or replace it something goes wrong with them.

OPEN HOUSE SHOWING ONLY scheduled for Thursday August 27, 2026, from 5:30-6:30pm.

Tenant responsible for all utilities, snow removal and lawn care. Dog only will be considered, NO CATS, (landlord allergic)
